Shipping Policy

1. All items include Taxes and GST.
2. If VAT applies, its the customers responsibility.
3. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages through shipping and customs.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info and natural calamities. We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is DTDC for Local orders and DHL, FedEx, DTDC etc., for international orders. Shipping costs are updated in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, and 4 to 7 business days for international shipping from the time of dispatch. Delays might occur in some unavoidable situations.
